Hey, I’m Chantelle. I’m a Fitness and Nutrition coach and help people to achieve their goals by improving their nutrition, tailor-make their workout plan and support them throughout their journey.
I’m 37 years old from South Africa and have been helping people to reach their goals for the past 15 years. I’m also a competitive Crossfitter and Weightlifter and know how important nutrition is when it comes to training.
Not training yet, now problem. By starting with changing your nutrition is the best step you can take. Not only will you start seeing results, you will also have more energy to do the things you never thought you could and then BOOM you find yourself running a 5k or start lifting weights. And remember, It’s never too late and you are never too old to start. Whatever your goals, I can help you reach it!

FREE CONSULTATION
This is the 1st and most important step. To help you, I will first need to know what your goals are, how you are currently eating, exercising and how your lifestyle is overall (stress, tired etc). All these factors also plays a role and during your journey you will learn how to combat stress, sleep better, gain more energy etc.
WORKOUT PLAN BASED ON YOUR GOALS
Starting out exercising or looking to switch up your routine. You will receive a customised workout plan according to what you want to achieve. My workout plans are based over a period of 12 weeks to get optimal results. You can workout in the comfort of your own home with limited equipment or in a gym. Monthly coaching also available.
Need ONE-ON-ONE training? … During the consultation your different options will be discussed.
EVERFIT APP
I use an easy app where all your workouts and meals can be logged.
Everfit is the simplest platform built for connecting me as your Personal coach to you. Your workout programme will be placed on your profile and you will get a reminder of your next workout. NEVER miss a workout!! This will also be part of our follow up process.
MEALPLAN BASED ON YOUR GOALS
You will receive a full customised mealplan that is simple and effective to meet your needs and kickstart your journey to achieving your goals. Receive recipes, eating guidelines, snack ideas, supplement advice, nutrition education and more.
SNACK IDEAS
It is important to have your 5-6 meals per day. Don’t get bored with the same snacks during the day. Switch it up. You will receive a list of snack ideas and throughout your journey you will find what healthy snacks works for you.
NUTRITION EDUCATION
Be educated on nutrition as well as topics like metabolism, sleep, digestive and immune health, healthy ageing, exercise etc.
FREE WEEKLY SUPPORT AND FOLLOW UP
As your Personal Coach, I’m committed to help you reach your goals. You will receive weekly online follow up and support. You will also join the community on whatsapp and will be motivated to stick to your routine. Being part of like-minded makes your journey so much better.
