Ingredients
- 1 Onion chopped
- 250 gram Muschrooms chopped
- 750 gram Chicken fillets chopped
- Vegetables of your choice chopped
- 1 cup Brown rice
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil / Olive Oil for cooking
- 1 pack Royco Cook-In Sauce Sweet & Spicy Apricot
- Spices of your choice I use Ina Paarman's spices

Instructions
- Prepare brown rice
- Fry onion and mushrooms in a pot for 2-3min
- Add chicken fillets and fry until brown (about 5 min)
- Add vegetables. Cook through for about 2 min stirring occasionally
- Add Royco Cook-In Sauce Sweet & Spicy Apricot.
- Shimmer until everything is cooked. Roughly 20 min
- Dish up and voila! Happy family, happy mom! Enjoy!
