Chantelle (37 years) – Gained 17kg’s

From struggling to gain weight to a healthy body. I struggled for about 2 years to gain weight. I tried everything on the market and it did not work. Because of stress my body kept on losing weight and soon nutrients was not absorbed in my body.

After I started with the program I gained alot of energy and also started gaining weight. Within 2 months I gained 5.5kg’s and within a year, 10kg’s.
Today, 15 years later, I am 17kg’s more than I used to be. I compete in Crossfit and Weightlifting competitions and are stronger than I have ever been. I love being healthy and fit and thanks to the program, my whole lifestyle changed.


I used to be very uncomfortable in my own skin. I ate when I was hungry which was sometimes never but mostly always. I was a sugar and carb-junkie because I was not feeding my body correctly. I was always looking for some form of quick fix which never worked.
I made a decision to stop dieting and make healthy lifestyle choices. This is the reason I started with the program. I eat mindfully and feed my body the correct nutrients.

I lost an incredible 32kg’s and went from a size 16 – size 8.

Ntakuseni (30 years)

My name is Ntakuseni and I am 30years old I started  the program in October 2016. The reason why I started was because I was fat, had a big belly I didn’t feel comfortable with my body. I used to eat anything that comes to my mind and used to skip breakfast because I thought maybe I will loose weight.

After starting the program, I started to feel better about myself. In 2017 lost all the weight and went onto the maintenance program. It’s 2020 and I’m still able to control my weight.

I used to skip breakfast and was a binge eater. I thought I could out train my bad eating habits but could not loose weight. I could not focus at work and always woke up tired.

Since I started with the program I never skip breakfast anymore. I eat healthy during the day. I finally grasp the concept of 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. I can focus better and have loads of energy! As a bonus I lost the weight I always wanted to.

I was overweight with a hight bodyfat %. I had low energy and felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I did not exercise. I was eating unhealthy during the day and did not drink enough water. Overall, I was not happy with myself.

Since I started with the program I started feeling better. I have loads of energy and exercise regularly. I make healthier choices when it comes to food and drink more water. I’m now at a healthy weight and bodyfat %.


Antoinette and Christo Watkins – Healthy Ageing

We used to think we lived a healthy lifestyle but I (Antoinette) still struggled with my weight and had adult acne. I struggled with brittle hair. I felt uncomfortable in my own clothes and hate shopping. I was tired and moody.

I (Christo) used to skip breakfast. I relied on coffee and 2l Coke to get me through the day which lead to energy spikes and dips. I used various supplements that left me with negative side-effects and no results.

NOW we both start our day with a healthy breakfast and feel AMAZING! We can sustain our energy levels without using unhealthy stuff. We started losing fat and building lean muscle and enjoy exercising. We learned the concept of 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. My (Anoinette) skin cleared up and my hair is healthy and shiny. 

As a bonus we are ageing Healthy and can enjoy life with our 5 grandchildren
