    • So this went down this weekend. @samastersweightlifting in association with Lifting for Life 2020
Was so awesome to have lift on the floor again. Only got a 42kg snatch (failed 45kg) and then a PB on Clean&Jerk 64kg 😁💪🏋️‍♀️.
Thank you to my coach @mark.lubbe.7 for your coaching and support. 💪
    • Preparing for Saturday's Masters Weightlifting comp. 🏋️ Minor set-back with my shoulder but overall I feel really strong on my opening weights. 💪 Hoping to crush a PB on the floor.

    • Some weeks are great and other weeks not so good. First video was last week and second video (sorry for the angle 🙈), today. Same weight, different week. Just show that we are all human and it doesn't matter the failures, it's the comeback that you need to focus on 💪.

    • When you finally hit a PB after a year of trying. 😁. 64kg. This was my 3rd attempt. Not pretty but it's there. 💪

Lesson: Always keep going, doesn't matter how long it takes just show up and try your best 👊
